National Emergencies Response Plan for Tranport
Responsible
Care - Colombia help the companies in the execution of
the legislation through its diffusion, pursuit by means
of the performance indicators and developing some specific
initiatives. An example of such initiatives is the National
Emergencies Response Plan of Responsible Care - PNRE-RI,
which facilitates the execution of the Ordinance 1609
(Dangerous Goods roads Transport ) and 321 (National Contingencies
Plan for Hydrocarbons Spills, By-products and Noxious
Substances) demands at low cost as a result of the combined
work among companies, and allows to assist in quick and
effective way the emergencies that are presented outside
of the main facilities of the company (especially in the
roads), to qualify the Company cleaners and the Support
Organisms for the Attention of Emergencies, by means of
answer courses to emergencies of international recognition
(Courses PRIMAP).
